About the job :
We are seeking a passionate, resilient, and responsible Embedded System Firmware Engineer to join our team. You will be involved in the design and development of Embedded Systems (Linux / RTOS) firmware and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

Responsibilities :
• Develop and maintain ARM Embedded System platforms (Linux / RTOS)
• Develop and maintain label printer firmware
• Integrate and maintain functions for mass-production models
• Participate in new product, new model, and peripheral device development projects
• Plan and execute firmware testing strategies; analyze and document test results
• Support customer projects with firmware customization and feature development
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and specifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and troubleshooting

工作職責：
• ARM Embedded System (Linux / RTOS) 平台開發與維護
• Label Printer Firmware開發與維護
• 量產機種功能整合與維護
• 新產品/新機種/新周邊專案開發
• 客戶專案韌體需求開發與客製化支援
• 規劃與執行軟韌體測試計畫，並整理與分析測試結果
• 撰寫與維護技術文件與規格書
• 跨部門協作，支援產品開發與問題排除
資格條件：
擅長工具
Linux、MCU、Github、C、C++、Visual C++、Visual Studio .net、Vmware
其他條件
Qualifications
Technical Skills：
• Strong passion and experience in embedded firmware/software development
• Familiar with RTOS development environments
• Experience with Linux system development is a plus
• Good understanding of MCU / MPU architectures
• Proficient in C / C++ programming
• Familiar with Git / GitHub version control tools
