- Data Collection and Analysis:
Gather and analyze data from different sources to understand trends and patterns in hotel bookings, customer interactions, and market dynamics.
- Reporting:
Create regular reports summarizing business, marketing, operational data, and competitive analysis to assist the team in understanding performance metrics and market position.
- Insight Generation:
Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to help optimize our marketing strategies, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance our competitive stance in the market.
- Supply Competitiveness Analysis:
Analyze the competitive landscape, focusing on supply factors such as pricing, availability, and unique offerings of competitors to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
