Job Descriptin：
韌體團隊開發範疇：
1. 診斷器/充電器功能。
2. 研究電池特性(例如：鋰電池)，電瓶分析演算法設計。
3. 產品使用者操作介面。
4. PC/雲端通訊功能(有線/無線)。
＊個人工作範圍由主管依照能力、專長分配。
專案執行過程的常態性工作：
1. 協同產品經理了解客戶需求，設計出令人滿意的功能，並思考如何用軟體提升產品的附加價值。
2. 與硬體/軟體部門合作，完成產品功能並設計生產流程。
3. 紀錄開發日誌，建立相關技術文件。
4. 軟體版本管控。
Our FW team is responsible for:
1. Developing the functionalities of battery diagnosis/charging products.
2. Studying the characteristic of battery (like Lithium batteries) and investigating new diagnosis algorithm for batteries is part of our job.
3. Developing user interface like LCD display, button operations.
4. PC or cloud communications.
＊the task is assigned by the team leader based on the capability and expertise of the engineer.
The routine of our project procedure:
1. Discuss with the product manager to know the requirement of customers. Design the functionality to full-fill the request and always thinking about how to improve the value of products by FW functions.
2. Co-work with EE/SW team to accomplish the functionalities in a reasonable/cost-efficient way.
3. Log the developing process and write technical documents.
4. FW version control and maintenance.

這份工作所需的基礎能力：
1. C語言。
2. 基本電路學、電子學概念。
3. 儀器操作：示波器。
4. 基本英文閱讀(電子郵件、技術文件)。
進階能力(加分!)：
1. 具備物件導向、作業系統、計算機組織/結構...等概念。
2. 新產品開發能力：程式架構設計、時程規劃。
3. 溝通能力：向部門內部解釋技術細節、跨部門溝通協調。

1. C programming.
2. Basic concept of circuit and electronic components.
3. Capable of using the oscilloscope.
4. Basic English reading (email, technical document).

1. Have concepts of: OOP、OS、CUP organization/ architecture.
2. Ability to make plan for new projects, like making system structure and schedule.
3. Communication ability: explain the technical details to internal members. Coordination with other departments.
