Qualification：
1. 具備以下機台操作經驗: 印刷機、點膠機、回焊爐、波峰焊/選焊爐、IR 固化爐
2. 具備電子、機電、機械等背景尤佳
3. 熟稔0/20 法則、柏拉圖、QC七大手法尤佳
