本公司授課採論件計酬制，以每堂課 25 分鐘為一單位，每堂課 110 元起。
實際課酬將依學生使用的教材難度而異，教材難度等級越高，報酬相對提高。
此外，我們另設有堂數獎金及試聽獎金，教師於單月達成一定授課堂數後，可獲得相應獎勵。
